What does your process look like?

Generally each project will have 4 phases: Discovery, Strategy, Design & Launch. To get started and make sure we’re a good fit for one another, the Discovery phase will include a business and brand questionnaire. From there, we will have in-depth discussions to determine the services best fit for your business. Neograce will then dive head-first into Strategy and Design, keeping you informed every step of the way. Some projects will have multiple rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Launch is the final step where your website becomes live or all brand deliverables are sent.

What if I don’t know how to use the brand elements?

Rest assured, any necessary training or guidance will be given to you to ensure success for your business in implementation. Brand Design projects are delivered with a complete Style Guide that tells you where and when to use each logo and graphics. Web Design projects include a thorough training session prior to launch day where we will go over how to update the site and everything else you will need to know. At Neograce, our work doesn’t stop after your website launch or deliverables are sent. We view all clients and connections as valuable pieces in our story. We are always here for technical support or any additional a la carte services you may need.

Are your websites secure? What about SEO?

Safety, security and speed are prioritized first and foremost in our web development process. Within your site, we will install and set up a plugin to help you keep your website secure with regular scans, monitoring and back-ups. Additionally, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is crucial to a strong website. While building your site, we will ensure each page and post published is fully optimized for search engines.
